We planned to get up early Friday morning to have the whole day to ourselves (Matt and Jenna were at work) and go to the beach. That 'early' part didn't really work. We woke up at 12:30 and by the time we got dressed and in the car it was 1:30. We headed to the beach with some food and enjoyed the ocean. We walked on the pier and took a rest to soak it all in.
Friday night we had steak. It was delicious! Matt's dad joined us for dinner, which was really cool. Jenna and I started pretty early on Saturday morning with the painting. We had a few ups and downs with the paint but it all worked out in the end. That night we ate at Me-n-eds pizza and Matt's dad joined us again.
The boys must have felt like they were in a dream, because this was pretty much the position they were in the entire weekend.
This is a little peep show of Jenna's and my hard work.

Oh my Jamie, I am SO glad you were here to help me! I could not have done a quarter of that work without you. Thank you not only for your creative help, but for all the cleaning up you did too. I can't wait for baby Paige to meet you and Uncle Buck ;)
